DESCRIPTION:Before the year wraps up\, two things are worth doing: thanking the people who helped us get here\, and saying our wildest ideas out loud. \nThis isn’t a year-end review\, and nobody will be asked to grade their own performance. We’ll start with shout-outs to the colleagues\, mentors\, and community members who made a difference this year. Then we’ll build a “what if” pile of the ideas you’ve been toying with but haven’t committed to yet. It might be a course you’d love to build\, a skill you’re curious about\, or a project that keeps nagging at you. No promises required.
