Forgive me, I have a confession!

I have pretended the LMS was down to buy myself another day on a deadline. I have copy-pasted a learning objective from a course I built three years ago and called it “updated content.” I have told someone a report wasn’t available because running it requires 35 clicks and a small prayer. And yes, I secretly believe training ROI is about as real as Bigfoot.

We all have them. The compromises, the professional white lies, the things we do (or don’t do) that we’d never share on LinkedIn. This session is a safe space to speak your truth. No judgment, no side-eye, just L&D professionals being honest about the gap between what we preach and what we actually do.
