Before the year wraps up, two things are worth doing: thanking the people who helped us get here, and saying our wildest ideas out loud.
This isn’t a year-end review, and nobody will be asked to grade their own performance. We’ll start with shout-outs to the colleagues, mentors, and community members who made a difference this year. Then we’ll build a “what if” pile of the ideas you’ve been toying with but haven’t committed to yet. It might be a course you’d love to build, a skill you’re curious about, or a project that keeps nagging at you. No promises required. It’s also the perfect warm-up for January, when we’ll turn big ideas into BHAGs (Big Hairy Audacious Goals).
What We Will Discuss
- The people who made our year better, and why it matters to tell them
- The “what if” ideas we keep coming back to
- How to tell which ideas are worth chasing
- How sharing an idea out loud can open doors you didn’t expect
Come Ready to Contribute: Bring one thank-you and one wild idea. Half-baked is perfectly fine.
